All orders made by you and accepted by Simon Phillpott Coaching Consultancy are subject to these terms and conditions.
All details and descriptions of the services offered by the Simon Phillpott Coaching Consultancy on the web site were correct when the information was entered. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any of the services offered and to alter the price at our discretion.
The total cost of your order is the price as quoted and includes any taxes applicable. With regards to card payments, we are not responsible for any delays or losses if the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment.
A booking for a coaching service is not confirmed until full payment for the coaching session has gone through and preparation work for the session will not start until payment is made, unless agreed otherwise with the Simon Phillpott Coaching Consultancy.
The Simon Phillpott Coaching Consultancy, its employees and associates can not guarantee the outcome of your interview. We are not liable for any costs, loss of revenue or indirect losses whatsoever as a result of using any of our coaching services.
We are not responsible for any results, including job offers, as a result of using our products.
You can postpone a coaching session provided you give us at least one week's notice and subject to the availability of an alternative date. We will always try to re-arrange the appointment to a more suitable time. To postpone a session, call us on 07950 726520 or email us at simon@phillpott.co.uk.
Requests for cancellation of your booking of a coaching session, including a one-to-one interview training session, must be made by telephone on 07950 726520 and confirmed by email at simon@phillpott.co.uk The time of cancellation will be taken as the date and time on which we receive written confirmation.
A refund will be granted, subject to the deduction of a £20 administration fee.
A refund will be granted subject to the deduction of a £50 administration fee.
A refund will only be granted if we are able to resell your coaching session to someone else. Such a refund will be subject to the deduction of a £50 administration fee.
We regret that no cancellation can be accepted in the 2 days preceding the scheduled date of a coaching session or on the day of the course/appointment itself.
