Simon set up the Simon Phillpott Coaching Consultancy with several key aims:
Simon Phillpott has over 20 years experience in business and recruitment. He has worked for large financial institutions in the City of London where he has managed a multitude of different teams, including as an Operations Manager. This experience has enabled Simon to develop excellent management skills.
Simon has a great understanding of how to manage teams effectively and of performance management. He has also gained wide ranging experience of the recruitment and interviewing process and what is involved to ensure that the right candidate is recruited.
Simon’s experience has given him a good understanding of how to manage change in the workplace and how to effectively manage processes. He is also a trained Internal Quality Auditor. This gives him a unique insight in to how processes should be operated to ensure the highest levels of customer service.
